Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are non-returnable, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items
Customized or made-to-order items

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
If rejected, we will return the item to you and share the reason for rejection.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank — processing time varies.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at snpmart402@gmail.com.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
